The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher in Business, IT, or a related field, with 4+ years in data governance or related roles managing large, complex data ecosystems. They will be responsible for defining data ownership, setting governance standards, and building strong lifecycle practices that keep data accurate and reliable.

- Leadership and experience leading high-performing teams
- Shaping data governance strategy while staying hands-on with enterprise tools
- Solid knowledge of governance principles
- Comfortable with modern data platforms, architectures, and analytical flows
- English is essential, and German is a plus
