Tishman Speyer is seeking a Portfolio Management Associate/Analyst to join its European Portfolio Management team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring asset performance, developing fund models, providing financial analysis, and preparing reports for senior management and investors.
Requirements
- Review and monitor the performance and business plans of existing assets
- Develop, own, and manage fund models
- Provide senior management and investors with financial analysis
- Prepare quarterly reporting
- Prepare marketing materials for capital raising efforts
- Undertake real estate market and economic research
- Analyze potential acquisition opportunities
- Perform liquidity analysis
