Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join the new Application Management Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations in SAP HCM and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SAP HCM experience in AMS/support
- Expertise in at least two HCM components (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)
- Familiarity with integration topics (FI/CO, SuccessFactors) is an advantage
- Fluent German is a big advantage
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Knowledge of S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors is a plus
