Job description
The Construction Site Supervisor/Superintendent will oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, progress, and compliance with regulations. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in building ground-up residential construction, preferably for a GC, builder, or developer.
Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, holding pre-construction meetings, ensuring quality and progress, approving invoices, soliciting proposals, and supervising laborers and Assistant Construction Managers.
