Superintendent

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Superintendent to oversee concrete projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while delivering exceptional results.

What You Will Do

Manage daily operations on-site, coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor teams, conduct site inspections, communicate with builders, prepare project schedules and budgets, implement best practices in construction management, resolve on-site issues, and ensure materials and equipment are available.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the residential concrete construction industry
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification preferred
