Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Work Superintendent- Concrete with at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience. The successful candidate will oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen, lead DPR’s Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program, ensure quality of work matches project, jurisdictional and DPR standards, and work in a collaborative environment with other trade partners and project teams.
Requirements
- Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen
- Hire, Inspire and grow our craft workforce.
- Objectively and respectfully deal with reductions in force.
- Lead DPR’s Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program for this scope.
- Ensure quality of work matches project, jurisdictional and DPR standards.
- Work in a collaborative environment with other trade partners and project teams to ensure optimum production.
- Lead the problem-solving effort should safety, quality or production issues arrive within this scope.
- Professionally represent DPR Field Operations.
