Superintendent- Concrete

DPR Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Work Superintendent- Concrete with at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience.

Requirements

• Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen
• Hire, Inspire and grow our craft workforce
• Objectively and respectfully deal with reductions in force
• Lead DPR’s Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program for this scope
• Ensure quality of work matches project, jurisdictional and DPR standards
• Work in a collaborative environment with other trade partners and project teams to ensure optimum production
• Lead the problem-solving effort should safety, quality or production issues arrive within this scope
• Professionally represent DPR Field Operations
