Requirements
- Organize and supervise all phases of commercial concrete construction projects.
- Direct and coordinate concrete crews and subcontractors to provide support to enhance performance.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to report on project status, address concerns, and foster positive relationships.
- Develop and manage project schedule, allocating resources efficiently to minimize delays.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor site conditions, safety compliance, and work quality.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budget in a timely manner.
- Assist in procurement processes for materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, quality checks, and safety records.
