Concrete Superintendent

Role Overview

The Concrete Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site concrete construction activities. This role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

What You Will Do

Oversee all phases of concrete construction, plan daily and weekly work activities, supervise field crews and subcontractors, enforce company safety policies, review project drawings and specifications, and coordinate with project managers and engineers.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, reinforcement, placement, and finishing techniques.
