Job Description
Titan Electric is seeking a Superintendent Mission Critical to oversee multiple crews and implement the installation of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate has significant prior experience organizing and administering multiple crews on large work sites and has experience with installation and construction processes, blueprint reading, electrical schematics, and workplace safety practices.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years’ experience managing field crews and operations on commercial electrical projects
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, conduit work, workplace safety practices, and contract documents
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to details and deadlines
- Ability to organize and manage multiple crews on a jobsite
