The Titan Group is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Financial Planner to deliver excellent financial planning, advice, and service to clients via a desk-based service model. The role involves new business development, reviewing existing clients, and providing holistic financial planning solutions.
Requirements
- A focus on New business development
- A focus on actively engaging with and reviewing existing clients
- To provide holistic financial planning solutions to private clients
- Achieving revenue targets set by the business and regional manager
- Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships
- Generating new client enquiries and generating advice income from these
- Undertaking sales and marketing activity in line with local/regional/national plans
- Providing expert independent advice to designated clients
- Maintenance of ‘Fit and Proper’ status
- Evidence and maintain knowledge of company policies, processes and guidance
- Ensure that client advice and reports are compliant with company processes and regulatory requirements
- Use standard template documentation approved by the company
- Delivery of a positive client service experience
- Speed of response/turnaround time in accordance with service standards
- Establish relationships with other business groups in the Titan group
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with external professional connections
- Highlight personal training needs to ensure a consistent level of service is offered to the business
- Ensure reading and product knowledge is always up to date
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required
