As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll join a collaborative, high-growth team shaping the future of live event technology. You'll serve as a resident marketing strategist for clients, focusing on advanced analytics implementation, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on analytics, tracking, and technical implementation
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and web analytics platforms
- Strong experience with tracking pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling across multiple advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions
- Experience with HTML, basic JavaScript, and understanding of how tracking codes function
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
