Job Description
TKDA, a 100% employee-owned firm, seeks an enthusiastic Architect with strong design skills to contribute to and lead design efforts for corporate/industrial, educational, and government projects. This hybrid role offers a collaborative environment, flexible work arrangements (3 days in office/2 days WFH), and opportunities for project management, marketing, and client relationship development, with a move to a new HQ in Bloomington by April 2025.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Architectural Registration in the State of Minnesota or ability to obtain it within a year
- 10-15 years of experience with progressive responsibilities
- Previous design experience on corporate projects
- Aspirations to serve or previous experience serving as a Project Manager
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch-up
