Requirements
- At least three years of residential property management experience
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Knowledge of effective marketing, sales, and closing techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with property management software (Yardi and CRM)
- Competency in Microsoft Office
