Assistant Service Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Service Manager for our Park Butterfield property in Mundelein, IL. The ideal candidate will have prior multifamily housing experience and knowledge of various maintenance functions. The role involves maintaining apartment homes, common areas, and grounds, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests.

Requirements

• Prior multifamily housing experience preferred
• 3 years prior maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate clearly with proficiency in English
