We're hiring a Strategic Planner to champion strategy across the business, focusing on insight generation, creative briefing, and evaluation. As a Strategic Planner, you'll build a culture of research-led consumer insight, guide clients on measurement, establish best-practice processes, and lead training and education across the agency.
Requirements
- Experience in research, planning, or strategy within integrated marketing or brand experience
- Strong understanding of brands, consumers, and client dynamics
- Excellent English and communication skills
- A client-facing mindset with sound business judgment
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Media-savvy and always exploring new trends and platforms
- Sceptical of assumptions; you follow hunches and prove them
- Commercially astute, pragmatic, and adaptable
- Passionate about making strategy simple, powerful, and effective
