Job Description
The Senior Functional Analyst provides advanced analytical, research coordination, and operational support services to NICoE clinical leadership. Key responsibilities include supporting integration of clinical operations and research initiatives, conducting research coordination, and developing reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Research Sciences, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in research analysis, healthcare operations, or program evaluation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience supporting DoD, DHA, or federal healthcare environments preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
