Program Manager - Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), U.S. Navy

The Program Manager will lead and oversee execution of the Navy Medicine Improvement Sciences Program, providing strategic direction and operational oversight across Continuous Process Improvement, Project Management, and Knowledge Management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience post-PMP certification
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site programs and project portfolios
• Strong knowledge of Project and portfolio management methodologies (PMI), Lean Six Sigma / process improvement frameworks, DoD/Navy operational environments
