PACS ADMINISTRATOR

The PACS Administrator is responsible for conducting daily monitoring of clinical areas with Radiology imaging access, providing imaging management and support, and implementing solutions for recurrent problems. They also act as a liaison for Radiology Services and Medical Staff, and ensure that all systems are working in unison effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Two years of direct work experience in Health Information Technology (HIT) and/or Radiology PACS systems
• Associate's degree in Radiology Information System (RIS), Health Information Technology (HIT), or Information Technology (IT)
• Certified PACS Associate (CPAS) or Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) certification
