Requirements
- Maximize customer success
- Assess risk of financial transactions
- Complete daily call campaigns
- Oversee account management and recovery processes
- Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system
- Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives
- Perform duties outside of the office
- Work to meet Company-set performance standards
- Maintain office security protocols
- Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness
