Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support customers through real financial needs, gain hands-on experience running a store, and develop leadership skills. You will drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a performance-driven, people-first environment with growth potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
• Background check required
