Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) will help people in the community access financial solutions by building connections with customers, processing transactions, and providing exceptional in-store experiences.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
- Background check required
