Job Description
TMX is looking for a Business Process Architect to design, document, and optimize business processes within the Transfer Agency operations model. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Architecture, Process Engineering, or Strategic Operations and be able to translate complex data into corporate knowledge resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Architecture, Process Engineering, or Strategic Operations
- Expertise in business modeling methods
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external vendor relationships
- Experience with Management information systems Tableau, Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to develop KPI reporting
