The Legal Counsel role is hybrid (50% in the office) and based in Montreal, QC, providing legal advice and support to the Division's services.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar
• 4-8 years of experience in derivatives law and financial market regulation
• Bilingual English/French
• Knowledge of regulatory and operational aspects of derivatives trading
