Manager, Strategy Execution

The Manager, Strategy Execution will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s growth agenda through the newly created strategy execution function, providing a comprehensive perspective of how our most critical initiatives deliver value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, or an in-house strategy function, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaboration & Influence: Ability to partner with leaders/stakeholders across the organization, often at a more senior level, leveraging proven influencing skills to successfully complete deliverables to a high quality standard.
• Communication & Data Skills: Demonstrated ability to translate project data into concise, executive-level insights.
