Job Description
We are seeking an Application Analyst (f/m/d) with a strong business background who brings a solid understanding of operational processes and can act as a functional partner.
Requirements
- Act as the key interface between production departments, other business units, and the ERP implementation partner
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they reflect real operational needs
- Translate business processes into clear functional specifications
- Support system configuration activities together with the implementation partner
- Ensure smooth operations and provide hands-on support for sites already live
- Conduct trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with key users
- Drive continuous process improvement after go-live
- Prepare user guides and standard work procedures
