- Active building of customer relationships and care for existing customers
- Identification and addressing of potential candidates for specific positions
- Conducting job interviews and interviews
- Evaluation of candidates regarding their professional qualifications and personal characteristics
- Preparation of informative candidate profiles
- Close cooperation with our customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Building and maintaining a personal network of specialist and management staff
- Support in negotiating contracts and onboarding successfully placed candidates
