Job Description
The Lead Salesforce Developer will collaborate with the BTT team to deliver new innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform, assist in making Toast's ambitious plans happen, and mentor team members on their assignments.
Requirements
- 10+ years Salesforce solution, design & development experience
- Advanced experience with sharing, security, visibility, data models, Flows and other Salesforce platform features & components
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and implementation
- Experience in the Quote to Cash Domain (preferably CPQ and/or Billing)
- Advanced understanding of the Software Development Life cycle and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and support other team members as needed
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications
- Experience in stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively
