Job Description
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for our Ads & Insights products, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable systems.
Requirements
- Proven track record of technical leadership and collaboration on complex projects
- Significant professional experience (typically 8+ years) in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures
- Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient with modern web standards and technologies (e.g. REST, GraphQL)
- A bias towards action, with the ability to balance between getting things done and making things perfect
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
