Shipping and Logistics Associate

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Associate to join their team at their North American Headquarters in Moon Township, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and reliable shipping of assistive speech devices to customers, utilizing warehouse systems and collaborating with teams across the country. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with an appreciation for accuracy, particularly when dealing with shipping labels, addresses, and order contents.
• Solutions-focused with strong communication skills when problem solving in a team environment.
• Comfortable using and adapting to new technology for warehouse processes.
• Strong organizational skills and maintain a clean workspace.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, with an ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Previous shipping or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience working with Haz mat or international shipments.
