TOCA Social is looking for a Technical Support Responsible to ensure the smooth operation of their unique concept, combining dining and entertainment around football. The role involves supervising a team, managing maintenance activities, and performing incident diagnosis and resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and/or maintenance
- Professional notions of English
- Solid skills in technical problem diagnosis and resolution
- Good mastery of IT/AV environments, networks (VPN, Wi-Fi, routers...), Linux and basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Experience in equipment maintenance and use of manual tools
- Familiar with ticketing tools, technical documentation and Office / Google suites
- Ability to provide clear support, both in writing and orally
- Organized, rigorous and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong customer service sense
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
