TodayTix Group is a global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences. We are seeking an Operations & Implementation Associate to join our team to execute event builds, manage inventory and pricing, and provide on-site support at event launches. The role involves working with leading cultural organizations, attractions, and live events to power their box office operations and drive online sales.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in ticketing operations, box office management, or live event operations
- Hands-on familiarity with a ticketing platform; experience with Spektrix, AudienceView, Lineup, or similar is valued
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can translate operational detail into clear partner-facing language
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with data and a willingness to get into the numbers
