Job Description
TodayTix Group, TTG, is a global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences. They are seeking a Software Engineer to help maintain and scale their ticketing platform, prioritizing customer experience, business impact, and team collaboration. This role involves modernizing the platform and integrating GenAI to improve performance and streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Experience working in a high-traffic e-commerce environment.
- Experience designing and building internal and external APIs with a focus on scalability, clarity, and maintainability.
- An understanding of performance profiling and optimization.
- Experience working with ORMs such as Hibernate.
- A deep understanding of data engineering principles.
- Experience integrating GenAI into systems and developer workflows.
- Passion for observability and best practices.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with Java, Python or Typescript
