Senior Counsel, Commercial

We are seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial to support and enable our business to rapidly scale by providing legal counsel on commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial law, with the ability to balance both legal expertise and commercial savvy, and be able to work cross-functionally with a dynamic team to solve complex legal issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience
• Deep experience negotiating and drafting technology infrastructure hardware/software customer contracts, as well as a variety of other commercial agreements
• Excellent legal and business judgment with the ability to provide practical advice and creatively address complex legal matters
• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school; admitted to the bar and in good standing in California, or otherwise authorized to practice law
