Job Description
We’re looking for an ASB Officer to join our team, working across Yorkshire and Humber area to deliver a professional, responsive, and victim-centered Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and tenancy enforcement service. The role involves managing complex cases, supporting vulnerable residents, and working collaboratively to create safe, sustainable neighbourhoods.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in complex or challenging situations
- Experience handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Experience within housing, community safety, policing, legal or similar environments
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
