We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator (Fire Safety) to join our Fire Safety team at Together Housing Group, delivering fire safety remediation programmes and coordinating fire safety projects across our housing stock.
Requirements
- Experience delivering compliance or fire safety programmes on time and within budget
- Experience managing contractors and working within a financial framework
- Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Order
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation including CDM Regulations
- Experience supporting or managing fire safety maintenance and remediation contracts
