Product Designer 2 (Mid-Level)

Product Designer 2 (Mid-Level) role at Togetherwork, responsible for owning UX for specific products, modernizing complex workflows, and improving clarity, usability, and accessibility. Collaborates with product managers and engineers to identify and address friction and opportunities for improvement. Contributes to shared design system components and maintains consistency across products.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience
• Experience shipping features in SaaS or complex workflow-driven software
• Demonstrated collaboration with engineering and product management
• Experience working in ambiguous or evolving environments
• Strong UX thinking beyond visual polish
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across cross-functional groups
• Experience experimenting with AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototype rapidly for alignment, and improve personal or team velocity
