Senior Corporate Counsel (Remote - Minneapolis, MN)

Togetherwork is seeking a business-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a strategic legal partner to our Sales and business teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in corporate transactions and business law within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active admission to a state bar
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including technology and SaaS contracts
