Senior Product Manager (Hybrid - Austin,TX)

Togetherwork is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead complex, high-impact product initiatives across our portfolio. You will own multi-quarter product strategies, shape long-term roadmap direction, and partner deeply with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS or software products.
• Demonstrated success building and executing multi-quarter product strategies.
• Experience operating in multi-product, cross-functional environments with senior stakeholders.
• Strong customer research, product analytics, and experiment design expertise.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive and customer presentations.
• Deep experience with backlog management, requirements development, and end-to-end delivery.
• Hands-on collaboration with Product Owners, Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Comfort representing the product externally with customers and partners.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product workflows or outcomes (preferred).
