Job Description
The Tokai Rika Group is looking for a Quality Engineer to resolve moderately complex issues in the automotive industry. As a point of contact for customers, the Quality Engineer will analyze field concerns, initiate problem resolution actions, and provide regular summary reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Math or Engineering related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the area of quality engineering
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact positively with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
- Experience in creating macros in MS Excel
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
