Job Description
The Compliance Senior Manager/Manager will be responsible for performing transaction monitoring, developing policies and procedures, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory reporting.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in AML/CFT, sanction, regulatory reporting and other compliance functions.
- Great understanding of transaction monitoring and market surveillance tools (e.g. Chainalysis, Elliptic, Nasdaq SmartsBroker, Solidus Labs)
- Team player, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, and Mandarin. Speaking Cantonese would be a nice to have.
