Tech Lead - Web3 Venture Studio

Tech Lead for Asia's leading web3 venture studio, focusing on DeFi projects, responsible for leading technical team, designing and implementing product strategy, architecture, features, and functionality.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and experience in Trading, Fintech, Finance and Technical development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in blockchain and DeFi, with a strong understanding of smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, and other related technologies.
• Experience with Solidity, Ethereum, and other blockchain technologies.
• Experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, Ether.js, web3.js
• Strong technical background, with a proven track record of delivering high quality products to mainnet
• Experience managing distributed software development teams
