Process Engineer III

Process Engineer III job description: Develops new or modified process formulations, designs and executes process optimization experiments, and collaborates with customer engineers and managers as a technical interface. Responsible for quality execution of all experiments and material processed through the tool.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field with 5+ years professional Engineering experience or Master's degree preferred with 3+ years professional Engineering experience
• Specific experience with semiconductor equipment or similar fully automated capital equipment
• Proven experience in the application of lean principles and formal problem-solving techniques
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and management skills and an analytical thinker
