Press Operator- 1st Shift

Toledo Tool & Die is hiring Press Operators to support their continued growth. The role is a full-time position based in Toledo, Ohio, offering competitive wages, growth opportunities, and a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete pre-employment screening (background check and drug screen).
• Identified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays).
• Experience operating large industrial equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Report to work on time to support production startup.
• Possess good physical stamina and coordination.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull objects that are up to 50 pounds.
• Work as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity.
