Construction Materials Testing Technician, Level I

Assist in the performance of routine construction monitoring, field and/or laboratory tests, prepare and transport samples and reports, and perform non-technical functions and office tasks under close supervision. Assist with sampling or testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and other materials, and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 – 60 lbs. and work outside for extended periods of time
• Capacity to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug and background check
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to work weekends as needed
