Floor Supervisor

As a Floor Supervisor at Tommy Bahama, you will play a key role in store leadership, inspiring your team to achieve goals and provide world-class service to guests. You will create a relaxed destination, execute merchandising and visual standards, and onboard and develop your crew.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Retail experience with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Collaborative mindset and ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
• Willingness to perform other duties as required
