• 1+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
• Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
• Basic knowledge of food/restaurant service skills
• Strong communications skills and ability to communicate operational information
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform other duties as required
