We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead – Activation & Conversion to own and accelerate our mission. This is a hands-on, revenue-driving role that will drive measurable impact on funded conversion and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in growth, lifecycle, CRM, or performance marketing for consumer digital products.
- Strong preference for AI, FinTech, consumer tech, or subscription businesses.
- Proven Operator: You’ve directly improved activation or paid conversion metrics.
- Experimentation-Obsessed: Deep experience running A/B tests and reading results.
- Data Fluent: Familiar with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, etc.).
