Software Engineering Intern

Tonal is looking for a 2026 Summer Intern in Software Engineering to assist key stakeholders and provide support in executing the company's FY26 product roadmap, exploring, prototyping, and building automation solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (rising junior or senior), major in Engineering or related field
• Comfortable writing code in at least one programming language
• Highly resourceful and proactive in using AI tools to learn, build, and tackle engineering challenges
• Strong problem-solving ability to break down complex problems and iterate quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Driven to learn new skills and be adaptable in a corporate environment
• Passionate about health, fitness, or consumer hardware
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
