Requirements

• Support the team in diagnosing key issues that limit the Executive Office’s ability to effectively support the Head of State in delivering national priorities.
• Assist in the design of an optimized organizational structure for the Executive Office to strengthen governance, accountability, and delivery.
• Support the implementation of key systems and processes to improve operational effectiveness, including planning, performance management, and internal coordination.
• Engage closely with stakeholders across functions to embed improved ways of working and ensure sustainable change.
• Contribute to the strengthening of delivery routines and program management practices for key presidential initiatives.
